Hey #teameverydaywarrior,
we are back with a strong UPPER BODY DUMBBELL workout. Let's build a solid foundation of strength and muscle !

This workout includes different exercises with focus on our upper body. But we surely use a whole lot of core strength and also some leg work at different exercises.
After every 10th exercise we have some more seconds of rest.

Choose your weight wisely - the perfect amount of reps in 45seconds we are working are between 10-16 reps (per side - hypertrophie). 💪🏼

I am using 8 kg (for your reference - as you can see, I was struggling quite enough). 🚀

w o r k o u t - d e t a i l s:
*warm up first
*dumbbell workout, focus upper body and core
*duration: around 40 MIN
*plus cool down stretches

equipment:
*2x dumbbells recommend for this workout
*mat, towel as you can see for all the sweat, sth. to drink
