How to fix your rounded shoulders

Have you been told that to fix your rounded shoulders you need to stretch? Only to realise that doesn't change much?
Well strength is the answer! The rotator cuff is a small group of muscles that sit next to your shoulder blades. Their job, along with your rear deltoid is to stabilise your shoulder joint. Without strengthening these muscles and along with poor posture habits, these muscles (like any other muscle) become weak. As a result, surrounding muscles tighten (these are your pec muscles, lats, and anterior delts), and your shoulders fall forward.
In this video, I show you 3 different strength exercises that can be done in the gym or from home (with a resistance band) to strengthen these very important stabiliser muscles and ultimately build stronger shoulders.
