20g無鹽牛油
25g牛奶(或杏仁奶,椰奶)
2個蛋黃
8g低筋麵粉
2g玉米澱粉
2個蛋白
25g糖
1/4茶匙檸檬汁
在預熱好190℃(374ºF)的爐内烤12分鐘(中下層)
Bake in oven preheated to 190℃(374ºF) for 12 min(Lower middle layer)
Recipe:
20g unsalted butter
25g milk(or almond milk, coconut milk)
2 egg yolks
8g pastry flour
2g cornstarch
2 egg whites
25g sugar
1/4tsp lemon juice
