Cleansing and Detoxing Spells - Taoist Magic Rites

These are our taoist magic spells, which call use for "jing" magic, meaning to process and not just to cleanse. We porcess through the preheaven energies and get them absorbed into ourselves, while pushing out the unwanted energies and there goes the cleanse and detoxing work. This rites is done for your enjoyment and usually our disciples will also learn to do it themselves using incense and such, but in a less hardcore form. Just doing the spells alone, the basic method, will only take about 2minutes or less from your everyday cultivation time.

For better results with this rites, we suggest you put this on headphone, sit somewhere quiet, and avoid distraction, put your palms together at chest level, or use the Tin Yat Double hands handsign at chest level. Relax, close your eyes and listen, hum along in the mind and enjoy the rites. If you by chance fall asleep, you can just do so and wake up naturally afterward and you will find yourself refreshed and energized. The humming is like doing a "Um..." sound with your mouth closed, tongue must touch the roof of your mouth, hum quietly, and focus on your inner chest level, the heart spot, and the humming should vibrates, then get naturalized and forgotten, and eventually you forgot about humming and goes into a deeper, and more subtle state.
