Vesuvius. Santorini. Tambora. These are three of the deadliest volcanoes known to mankind, each causing tens of thousands of fatalities in the combination of one or more past eruptions. Yet, none of these volcanoes are the deadliest in historical time. Today's video discusses the 25 volcanoes (out of the more than 1,000 active volcanoes which exist) that have caused the highest number of casualties in human history.
