This video shows movement, energy massage, tapping (pai da), and cavity press (acupressure) exercises to help relieve knee pain. When using Qigong for healing, be patient. It can take three to six months of daily practice to produce results. Also be sure to keep your knees warm and covered in cold and cool environments to prevent the penetration of cold, wind, and dampness. Taiji is good for knees, provided that your teacher corrects you to ensure that you maintain proper stance position. Knees should be directly over the ankles both in the forward and backward dimension and in the right side, left side dimension.
