In this webinar we are joined by Professor Francesco Negro who shares an introduction on the hepatitis delta virus, discusses the natural course of chronic hepatitis delta and shares insights on the important link between hepatitis delta and hepatocellular carcinoma. Following the reclassification of hepatitis delta as carcinogenic by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), Prof. Negro also discusses implications on diagnosis, treatment and surveillance.
