Today, I’m making a creamy and delicious Chicken Sandwich — quick, easy, and perfect for any time.” ✨

Ingredients:

½ kg chicken

2 garlic cloves

Few black pepper cloves (whole black pepper)

1 bay leaf

Salt (as per taste)

2 cups water

3–4 tsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard paste

Black pepper powder (as per taste)

Bread slices

Cucumber (sliced)

Tomato (sliced)

A little oil for grilling

Instructions:

1. Boil the Chicken
Add chicken, garlic cloves, whole black pepper, bay leaf, salt, and 2 cups of water into a pot.
Boil until the chicken is fully cooked.
Once done, let it cool completely.

2. Shred the Chicken
After cooling, shred the chicken using your hands or a fork.

3. Make the Filling
In the shredded chicken, add 3–4 teaspoons of mayonnaise, mustard paste, black pepper powder, and salt as needed.
Mix everything well to form a creamy chicken paste.

4. Prepare the Sandwich
Take bread slices and lightly spread mayonnaise on them.
Add the chicken filling evenly.
Place cucumber and tomato slices on top.

5. Grill the Sandwich
Heat a pan and brush it with a little oil.
Place the sandwich on the pan and grill until it turns light golden on both sides.

Your delicious chicken sandwich is ready to serve!
