Springbrook High School offers the IB, International Baccalaureate program, the Academy of Information Technology and the Justice, Law and Society program. Springbrook has numerous clubs and activities. The Blueprint Newspaper (winner of Columbia Scholastic Press Association's Gold Medal Award in 2010 and 2011) and the Trident Yearbook are both class offerings. More students from Springbrook (six) have served as the Student Member of the Board of Education than from any other Montgomery County high school.
