In this first video of the 7 Days to Live Challenge that I have given myself I speak about my story and how I ended up deciding to do sucha thing.
I have been looking at the point of death for over a decade now, and the idea to do this challenge is a natural progression of the process I've been in. In fact, the goal is to always be living each day as if I will die when I go to sleep. Living this way makes sure I am always the one determining my thoughts, words and actions, and I do not any bullshit from myself.
