The easiest way to make nice fluffy bread. I don't buy Bread anymore.
Ingredients:
Warm milk 200 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsps)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
1 egg (60 g)
Bread or all-purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cup)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 30 g
Blueberry 200 g（Optional）
Honey（Optional）
pan: 33*40 cm
Preheated oven at 180℃/356 ℉ bake for 15 -18 minutes until golden.
