I am a string believer that 4-5 workouts can do wonders and you don’t have to be in the gym 3 hours a day for 6 days a week to see results. Switching to a 3 day split just made sense to me because I know that your muscles truly grow when you REST so why not increase the intensity, decrease the days and increase the REST! Going to track my results so I can return with my observations but below is the full workout. ENJOY!
Workout Details:
Dynamic Stretching & Mobility
Barbell Squats (HEAVY)- 4 x 12,10,8,3
SS #1
Reverse Lunges- 4 x 10
*increase weight on second set
Bulgarian Split Squats- 4 x 10
*half the weight
RDLs (HEAVY)- 4 x 12,10,10,8
SS #2
Glute Bridges- 4 x 12
Hip Thrust w/ hold- 4 x 8-10
