The Angles Way is a waymarked long distance trail linking the Norfolk towns of Great Yarmouth and Thetford; a walk from the Broads to the Brecks. At 92 miles long, it takes anywhere from 5 to 8 days to complete and I have broken the walk down over 8 manageable sections.
Part 4 heads out of Beccles to the west, passing around Barsham and into Shipmeadow with its Norman Church. The trail passes close to Mettingham Castle before heading down over the River Waveney and around Outney Common to end at Earsham.
Distance: 19.5km
Ascent: 89m
Duration: 5 Hours 49 Minutes
