Ìran Ìgbẹ́tì is one of the lineages we have in Yorùbáland as praised by the chanter.

We may ask what is it in lineage Oríkì that inspires its addressee. It seems that thing is the history, the history of ancient times that fills the addressee with pride that great blood flows in him; that he is related to accomplished heroes; a pride that makes the addressee himself feel very important (Adeleke Adeeko).
