Key lime pie is an American dessert pie made of Key lime juice and some other non-vegan ingredients, but this recipe is the vegan version of it.

Ingredients for the base
Vegan crackers unsalted – 30-35 Pieces
Almonds – 100 Grams
Walnuts – 50 Grams
Dates (seedless) – 10-12
Coconut Oil – 3 Tablespoons
Oil – For brushing across the pan

Ingredients for the vegan cream
Cashew – 200- 250 grams
Limes – 3
Agave syrup – 100 ml
Coconut milk – 200 ml
Vegan cream cheese – 5-6 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract – Half Tablespoon
Coconut Oil – 2 Tablespoons
