Ingredients of keema noodles are as follow:
1: (1) onion
2: (2)bel leaf
3: (3)slice of ginger
4: 1/2 tsp of Sichuan pepper
5: Salt
6: Garlic
7: Cumin seed
8: Meat
9: Spring onion
10: 2 tsp of light soy sauce
11: 1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce
12: 1 tsp of cooking wine
13: 1/2 tsp of ginger juice
14: Ketchup(opt)
15: Noodles
16: Bones for making broth
