WORKOUT DETAILS
⏱️ Duration: 33 Minutes, warm up included
🏋️ Equipment: Just a mat
⏱️ Intervals:
Set 1: 15 Exercises: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest
Set 2: 15 Exercises: 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
Set 3: 10 Exercises: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
