In the Spotlight: LA Partnership and Communities Lifting Communities

Focus on Homelessness in Los Angeles County is a joint initiative of Communities Lifting Communities (CLC), the Center to Advance Community Health and Equity and the Los Angeles County Community Health Assessment and Action Partnership (LA Partnership) — a collaborative of more than 30 hospitals, health systems, public health departments and community partners. The initiative aims to address the region’s continuing homelessness crisis through aligning hospitals, community organizations and other stakeholders to collaborate in implementing effective solutions.

In this podcast, HASC President George W. Greene speaks with collaborative members about the initiative, its short- and long-term goals, and steps taken to date.
