This is how I make my Stuffed Chicken Wings. I’m pretty sure everyone makes theirs a little bit differently but this is how I make it. Enjoy.
This satisfying dish is a classic of Southeast Asia, largely considered a national dish today and loved by many ethnic groups including myself as Hmong..
Stuffed Chicken Wings has a nice balance of spicy, sour & saltiness from the dipping sauce. This dish is time consuming to make, it takes time and patience to debone the chicken wings and let’s not forget the stuffing part.. and that’s probably why I only make it once a year or so.
The main and most important ingredients is the chicken wings -itself, marinated in salt, black pepper, chicken flavor & Sazón GOYA powder.
Stuffing: Ground chicken, clear vermicelli bean threads, black fungus (mushroom), eggs, carrots, green onion & cilantro with added seasonings such as, salt, black pepper, chicken flavor powder, garlic powder, onion powder and oyster sauce. Enjoy.
