KUNG PAO SHRIMP - Sweet and Spicy traditional Chinese Cuisine that’s commonly served in the restaurants that you can even cook yourself at home.
Just follow my quick and easy recipe below.
KUNG PAO SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS:
650g Shirmps 16/20 in size
1 large Onion
1 pc Red bell pepper
1 pc Green bell pepper
4 cloves Garlic
3/4 cup Chicken stock
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp White ground pepper
1 tsp Salt
12 pcs dried chilli peppers
2 tbsp Roasted peanut
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 cup Potato starch
Pinch of Roasted Sesame seeds
