Through this channel you would have learned that we need to have multiple touch points at every stage of the buyer’s journey. You would have also learned that customers go through the stages of being leads, and prospects and cold traffic. Marketing principles speak of audience desire as categories of temperature - cold, warm, hot.
It’s from these temperatures that we can derive a lot of our core marketing messages. For this video I focused specifically on how we do this, and used a surf camp business model as an example.
