Assembling the dual control sticks on a Sonex B-model can be a headache to align. I designed a custom 3D printable jig to hold everything perfectly in place for a tapered pin!
I decided to buy the dual control stick option for my Sonex B aircraft kit. In this video, I demonstrate one method for assembling those parts.

I couldn't have done this without a tapered reamer tool, which I was able to borrow from another builder gracious enough to mail it to me. Create an account on the new Sonex forum (https://sonexpilots.org/) for a wealth of knowledge and expertise, as well as the occasional borrowed tool
