Hey people! Hope everyone is doing good. Got a little transcription of "I love you", recorded by Django and company on 21/11/1947, I thought I'd share with you. Should I say it has been one of my favourites or am I repeating myself? Django also recorded this with Hubert Rostaing on clarinet in July of that year, playing the electric and it is mindblowing as well (and a bit faster). I thought I 'd go for the more relaxed of the two... Anyway, here's some info you should know :
I Love you (Harry Archer)
Django Reinhardt et le Quintette du Hot Club de France
Stéphane Grappelli (vln)
Django Reinhardt (g)
Joseph Reinhardt, Eugène Vées (g)
Fred Ermelin (b)
1947 November 21 - Radiodiffusion-Television Française, Paris "Fremeaux FA 315, Vogue 228E 6008, Vogue 600121", RTF Broadcast
Also a big thank you to all of you for watching and supporting ! Will try to post more, soon.
Vive Django!
Peace
