Hot & Fast Brisket Costco vs. Porter Road on the Keveri H1 Cooker

The Keveri H1 was able to cook 2 full packer briskets Hot & Fast just fine! This cooker is very versatile and the ThermoWorks Signals with the Billows fan held the temperature perfect! I had ordered an expansive packer brisket from Porter Road and thought I would compare it to a Prime Costco brisket at less than half the cost!
