On a long term (10 straight fights), trust me he's harder than Drill Man, due to his "berserk mode" when he goes jumping around the room like crazy and throwing lightballs at you. That attack is so unpredictable and is not easy to avoid. So in terms of 10 straight bossfights that makes him harder than Drill Man. However here it is as well, completing all Mega Man 4 Robot Masters being beaten 10 straight bossfights buster only no damage.
