Here, I'm taking a mid-day dance break and using my own BACHATA rhythmic ASMR to get my energy up. This isn't just about dance; it's about showing you how the foundational rhythms from my videos can be used as a powerful, creative tool in your own life.
Bachata is easier to dance to than Salsa! It's just 8 steps! 4 to the right and 4 to the left, then front and back, you go sideways, backwards, twirl, ahh!
Once you have the foundation, you can play around with it and make it your own. My goal is to show you how a quick, joyful dance can be your reset button for focus and productivity.
