Turkey’s first high-speed metro line, connecting central Istanbul and the city’s international airport, officially opened to the public on January 22, 2023, and features China-made trains. Built by Chinese company CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive, the trains can run up to 120km (75 miles) per hour.
