2 Alphonso mangoes (430g)
⅛ tsp salt
½ cup (105g) sugar
¾ cup + 2 tbsp + ¼ cup milk
2 tbsp milk powder / dairy whitener
⅓ cup (5 ½ tbsp) cornflour
1 ½ tsp lime juice
