The Full Ingredients:
The Simple Shake (150 Calories | 24g Protein):
Handful of ice
250ml Milk
1 Scoop Protein Powder
The Bulking Shake (600 Calories | 40g Protein):
Handful of ice
250ml Milk
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Banana
80g Oats
The Summer Fruits Shake (300 Calories | 30g Protein):
250g Frozen Berries
250ml Milk
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
The Coffee Shake (200 Calories | 25g Protein)
Handful of ice
250ml Milk
1 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Banana
250ml of instant coffee (cooled down)
The No Protein Powder Shake (370 Calories | 30g Protein):
Handful of ice
200g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
250ml Milk
1/2 Banana
