1 Cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
½ Cup Fresh Fenugreek Leaves (Methi), chopped
Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania)
2 Tablespoons Ghee (melted)
Water, as needed for kneading

Spices and Seasonings
1 Tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
½ Teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain), crushed
Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
