Dear Traditional Lifers, This is our 30th Video for you

In the Morning, Valar asked me to get some vegetables and meat to cook mutton gravy for today’s breakfast but I made a small change in the shop after watching a man next to me who buys minced mutton for chukka, Thus I got my old memories when I went to Madurai and had kari dosai which is soo delicious, Then I got minced mutton also to make Madurai special mutton kari dosai.

After informing this to Valar, She shocked but she made happily for us. And I thought it’s very simple to make this kari dosai but after seeing how Valar made this is really wonderful, I just want to share the experience with you, that how this Mutton Kari Dosai was prepared.

Firstly, She made mutton gravy as side dish for Dosai and then she cooked mutton chukka which looks crispy and delicious and really I am telling it’s very hard to be silent without eating it until it’s sit on top of Dosai. Importantly there are very small differences in making these two mutton recipes. And finally she poured the dosai and decorated the chukka on it, then she gave me with mutton gravy. I tasted it and felt Wow!
