In this video tutorial I present the 5 best triceps exercises with resistance bands for training strong arms. Even without equipment or dumbbells, the arm extensor (lat. Musculus trizeps brachii) can be trained at home with these rubber bands. The advantage of triceps training with resistance bands is that it offers progressive resistance, i.e. the further the arm is stretched, the higher the training resistance. In the video I give instructions on how these resistance bands are correctly attached to the door and weight bench and how these following 5 triceps exercises are correctly performed: triceps push downs with both arms and one arm as a cable pull variant, skull crusher or trench press lying on top of the weight bench, triceps-kickback training leaning forward on the wall, single-arm overhead triceps extensions with a plastic handle. These are different training variations for the triceps that can be included in your training plan.
