Workout Breakdown:
5 Minute AMRAP of:
12 Dumbbell Up Downs
8 Pull-Ups
12 Dumbbell Thrusters
8 V-Ups
Rest for 1 Minute after each AMRAP.
Complete 3 Rounds.
