Hi guys!Today's menu is called Coconut maruya or Maruyang niyog is also known in Ilonggo as "Kumbo nga Butong" (butong is young coconut meat).It is a type of filipino fritter that is usually made from cooking bananas.Coconut maruya is usually served as a mid-afternoon snacks.
Ingredients:
2cups flour
2cups greated young coconut meat
1cup sugar
1egg
Oil
