Ah Pa made this braised pork with sea cucumber for my birthday last week

Braised Pork Leg with Sea Cucumber, Ah Pa made this video on my own birthday which was last week 4th April, so no need to wish Ah Pa birthday today ya, haha.

Ingredients:
200g of sea cucumber
800g of pork leg (with optional pork belly)

Braised Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of chopped shallot
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander roots
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
Some Chinese leek (sliced diagonally)
2 pieces of star anise
1 piece of cinnamon stick
1 piece of bay leave
1 teaspoon of five spice powder
1 tablespoon of fried shallot
1 tablespoon of rock sugar
Appropriate amount of Shaoxing cooking wine
3 tablespoons of light soya sauce
3 tablespoons of dark soya sauce
Few drops of premium fish sauce
