Hey guys! Welcome to my channel.
Do you like grilled fish? Today I cooked pacific saury on the grill.
Pacific saury is called "Sanma - さんま 秋刀魚 " in Japan and it's the popular fish for Japanese people. It is said that the best time to eat saury is from September to November (autumn), and the fish is fatty.
By the way the kanji 秋刀魚 mean "秋 あき autumn", "刀 かたな sword" and "魚 さかな fish".
Actually this fish a little looks like sword haha
