Melissa and Raphael Teich live this philosophy every day. Together they own two gyms, balance careers as a nurse and business owners, and pursue excellence in the IFBB Pro League.

At the 40th Anniversary celebration of Better Bodies and the 2022 Texas Pro, Melissa competed in the Women’s Physique Division, chasing victory and Olympia qualification.

When asked about how to succeed with so much on their plate, their answer was simple:
