Because sometimes you know it's good but when my uncle said he could "eat the whole pan of it," I was like okay stop playing! ⁠

Today I am sharing the recipe video with you, it's actually my first recipe video on this channel. I made two versions of this Lasagna in this video but the veggies and "meaty" one taste really good all in one! I'll let you choose but either way, this cashew ricotta cheese will blow your mind and it is tofu-free! Also, the Beyond Meat, Beyond Beef is something SPECIAL! It even cooks like ground beef! The best thing about it is that it's not hard to make, and an easy winner if you have guests coming over!
