If you have a lot of Kamias in the backyard, don’t just let it go to waste. Its time to make your Burong Kamias of Fermented or preserved Bilimbi Fruit that can last up to months if properly stored. This burong kamias is a perfect side dish in any of your fried fish menu.
Ingredients:
500gms fresh kamias
166 gms rock salt
1/2 tsp whole peppercorns
1/2 tsp garlic powder
