Super easy! For chocolate lovers - the creamiest, richest Basque cheesecake. Just stir and bake! This time, we skipped the starch and adjusted the cream cheese-to-heavy cream ratio for an even smoother, silkier texture.
Chocolate Basque Cheesecake
For the Cheesecake Base:
· Cream Cheese: 200g
· Granulated Sugar: 50g
· Whole Eggs: 3 (at room temperature)
· Vanilla Extract: 2g
· Whipping Cream: 200g
· Dark Chocolate: 100g
For the Ganache Topping:
· Dark Chocolate: 50g
· Whipping Cream: 50g
For the Chocolate Drip (optional decoration):
· Dark Chocolate: 25g
· Heavy Cream (or Whipping Cream): 20g
· Gelatin Sheet: 1.5g (soaked in cold water)
