Grab a weight and lefts get lifting!!
No weights, no worries… grab a soup tin or something with a handle (washing up liquid is a good one)
Be super careful the 3rd over head exercise! Concentrate 🥸
Well done for making day 3. I feel like ever 5th day should be a bonus but can think 🤔 what it should be. Any ideas???
