Irresistibly rich chocolate chip cookies loaded with luscious Kinder chocolate and topped with crispy Kinder Bueno for a mix of sweet and crunchy in every bite.
Ingredients
Kinder Bars: 12 bars
Mini Kinder Candies: 12 pieces
Cold Unsalted Butter: ½ cup (113g)
Brown Sugar: ⅓ cup (70g)
Granulated Sugar: ¼ cup (50g)
Egg: 1 large (50g)
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon (5ml)
All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups (240g)
Baking Soda: ½ teaspoon (2g)
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon (4g)
Salt: ½ teaspoon (2g)
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon (8g)
White Chocolate Chips: ½ cup (90g)
Milk Chocolate Chips: ½ cup (90g)
Roasted Hazelnuts/Walnuts for topping
Instructions
1. Chop 6 Kinder bars into chunks.
2. In a bowl, beat cold butter for about a minute, add brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Cream together for 1 minute until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla extract, then mix well.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients one by one and mix until incorporated.
5. Stir in white chocolate, milk chocolate, and chopped Kinder bars.
6. Scoop out 6 equal portions. Roll into balls and flatten slightly.
7. Break 3 Kinder bars into 6 pieces. Place one Kinder piece and one mini Kinder inside each dough ball. Cover completely.
8. Freeze dough balls for 30 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 12-14 minutes.
10. Let cookies sit in the baking dish for 15-20 minutes.
11. Melt 3 Kinder bars for 40-60 seconds until smooth. Spread on top of cookies.
12. Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies and decorate with mini Kinder candies and chopped nuts.
