No Binder Gluten Free Loaf [Dairy Free]

No xanthan gum, no psyllium husk powder, and no added binders. This is the biggest difference between this gluten-free loaf and all other gluten-free loaves. It's soft. I used rice flour, tapioca starch and sweet potato to make it. The baking temperature is only 190°C, and the bread isn't sticky and gummy inside.

Ingredients:
160g Tapioca starch
210g Water
200g Mashed sweet potato
40g Sugar
35g DF Spread
1 Egg (50g)
240g Rice flour
6g Yeast
2g Salt
