Follow along with me and the music! This is a Tabata or HIIT style 4 minute workout. 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes. What a great arm finisher on your arm day! Also, a great stand alone workout if you are a little strapped for time. Biceps curl challenge! Can you last the entire four minutes? As you saw by the look on my face, it was not easy.
