In this series I take you through my training, nutrition and lifestyle as I attempt to qualify and compete in the British Powerlifting Raw National Championships.

I each episode I will show you some aspect of my training, nutrition or lifestyle as well as talking through some educational points such as programming, training intensity, how to maximise recovery, how to manage injuries and sickness, gym equipment recommendations and many more.

In this episode I will show you my lower dynamic workout and talk about GPP (General Physical Preparedness) and Work Capacity and how I utilise them.
