KIA SONET starts at ₹ 6.79 lakh - ₹ 13.19 lakh (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi)
Kia Sonet will be the automaker's third product in India after the Kia Seltos and the Kia Carnival. Kia Sonet competes with Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Mahindra XUV300 & Toyota Urban Cruiser.
Kia Sonet is also based on the dual trim concept of Tech Line and GT Line. The Tech Line is further sub-divided into five variants -- HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX and HTX+. The GT Line is available in a single GTX+ variant.
It comes with three engine options across its range i.e. 1.2L SmartStreamG Mpi engine produces 82 bhp with 113 nm torque comes with 5 speed manual gearbox other one is 1.0L T-GDi engine produces 118 bhp with 172 nm torque comes with 6 speed iMT and 7 speed DCT and third one is 1.5L VGT CRDi engine produces
113 bhp with 250 nm torque comes with 6 speed advanced automatic gearbox and same diesel engine comes with WGT technology which produces 99 bhp with 240 nm torque which comes with 6 speed manual gearbox.
