Chocolate Hazelnut Granola 榛果可可燕麥穀物
有人和我一樣超愛「義美榛果巧克力酥片」,卻因為怕胖而不敢多吃嗎?今天要和大家分享的是健康低卡版本的巧克力酥片食譜-「榛果可可燕麥穀物」!高纖的粗燕麥片、營養豐富的榛果及杏仁、超級食物巧克力及奇亞籽,加上天然甜味劑和植物油低溫烘烤至金黃酥脆。這個結合了健康與美味的配方,天天吃都無負擔(但還是別過量呀 )!加在牛奶或豆漿裡、灑在優格上,或者當零嘴單吃都是享受。快一起動手做,為你的早餐餐桌添加一點「真食物」吧!
೫材料
•粗燕麥片 1.5杯(150克)
•榛果+杏仁 0.5杯 (60克)
•奇亞籽 2湯匙(20g )
•無糖可可粉 2.5湯匙(20克)
•海鹽 1/4茶匙 (1克)
•植物油 3湯匙(45克)
•麥芽糖 1.5湯匙(30克)
•龍舌蘭糖漿 1.5湯匙 (30克)
•耐烘焙可可豆 4湯匙 (40克)
೫做法
1.將榛果及杏仁切碎。
2.將粗燕麥片、碎榛果及杏仁、奇亞籽、一半份量的可可豆、無糖可可粉及海鹽放入攪拌盆中,攪拌均勻備用。
3.混合植物油、龍舌蘭糖漿、(微波30秒後軟化的)麥芽糖,倒入攪拌盆中,與所有食材攪拌均勻。
4.將食材混合物平鋪於放了烘焙紙的烤盤上。
5.以130 °C烘烤20分鐘,稍微翻動後續烤20分鐘。
6.時間到,取出放涼20-30分鐘後,加入剩餘的可可豆,將燕麥穀物稍微撥碎(喜歡塊狀穀麥則可省略此步驟)。
7.與可可豆拌勻,就完成啦!
⌦將燕麥穀物裝進密封容器內,可於室溫下保存至少一個月,夏天建議冷藏保存喔!
⌦龍舌蘭糖漿及麥芽糖可以楓糖、椰棗糖漿、糙米糖漿代替。

೫Ingredient
• 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats (150 g)
• 1/2 cup of hazelnut + almond (60g)
• 2 tbsp of chia seeds (20g)
• 2 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (20g)
• 1/4 tsp of sea salt (1g)
• 3 tbsp of vegetable oil (45g)
• 1 1/2 tbsp of maltose(30g)
• 1 1/2 tbsp of agave syrup (30g)
• 4 tbsp of baking cocoa nibs (40g)
೫ Recipe
1. Chop hazelnuts and almonds.
2. Mix well rolled oats, chopped hazelnuts and almonds, chia seeds, half amount of cocoa nibs, unsweetened cocoa powder and sea salt.
3. Mix well vegetable oil, agave syrup, maltose (use after microwave 30 sec), and mix them with all ingredients.
4. Pour the mixture on baking sheet with baking paper, spread it evenly.
5. Bake at 260 °F for 20 minutes, stir slightly and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. After baking, let it cool for 20-30 minutes. Add the remaining cocoa nibs then slightly break granola apart. (skip this if you like granola clusters )
7.Mix well with cocoa nibs, and it’s time to enjoy your handmade granola!
⌦The granola could be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for at least a month. Keep it refrigerated in summer time!
⌦Agave syrup and maltose could be replaced with maple syrup, date syrup or brown rice syrup.
