Tools used:
Maxi-sized Omnia Oven
Maxi-size silicone pan

Ingredients:
Big Mac Sauce:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp ketchup (the original Bic mac does not use ketchup in their sauce)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Big Mac:
2.25lbs (1.02 kg, or 36oz) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp (5g) beef bouillon (such as Better Than Bouillon)
2 tbsp (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5ml) ketchup
8 slices (160g) of American Cheese, halved
6 large (450–500 g total dough) canned biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grand Biscuits)
1 tbsp (14g) butter, melted
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth. Cover and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion with the ground beef until the meat is fully browned.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce and beef bouillon until well combined. Drain off any excess grease.
Spread half of the beef mixture evenly into a greased Omnia silicone pan.
Spoon half of the Big Mac–style sauce over the meat, then layer with half of the American cheese.
Repeat with the remaining beef, sauce, and cheese, gently pressing the layers to even them out.
Arrange the canned biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the casserole.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200-225°F (95°C-121C) for about 40-45 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
