This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Mara Gabrilli discusses her fight to protect the rights of assembly and association for persons with disabilities.
Mara is is a tireless activist, a columnist, a Congresswoman, who also runs radio programs and her own institute devoted to advocacy and research on people with disabilities. She led the effort to implement the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Brazil.
