1977 Porsche 911 turbo: Targa top fabric upholstery/vinyl replacement [4K] Ep99

Today I will be recovering the targa top on my 1977 911. This had been done one time before and now it needs all the webbing, foam and rivets replaced. I will tear it down to the frame, prep the frame for paint, paint the frame and then build up the top again. I bought a kit that included factory type top vinyl and also a stitched headliner. I find this to be pretty challenging as if you get this wrong, you could introduce leaks or noise while driving. I sure looks great now that it is replaced and can work on getting this car on the road.
